Located
approximately 5 miles south of Alamogordo, Sundance
Subdivision lies one mile west of the base of the Sacramento
Mountains, on 36 acres of spectacular views. A close up of
the Sacramento Escarpment to the east and a panoramic across
the Tularosa Basin of the San Andreas and Organ mountain
ranges to the west. It is bordered on the north, south, and
east by undeveloped federal lands. To the west, Sunbird
Acres consists of 22 five-acre lots (all sold). With 11
lots, ranging in size from 2.5 acres to 5.1 acres, Sundance
will probably be the last subdivision in the area. The
photographs on this website are of homes in Sunbird Acres,
which lies just west of Sundance. We do not build homes, but
will be happy to assist you in finding a reliable builder.
